~Member Of The Year Voting Rules~
1.Ski instructors can't participate since they are ALREADY ski instructors.
2.Can't vote for yourself.
3.Decisions must be chosen wisely
4.The Member Of The Year (MOTY)will become Alpha for a year until the next MOTY takes their place.
5.Must vote based on activeness/help
6.Alpha of the year is usually only temporary, however if the pack needs more Alphas and they'd make a super good Alpha, they may be placed up there for good.
